Roles
You are the controller of content routed through the service; Yelno is a processor; model providers are sub-processors engaged under your policy. Requests to providers Yelno does not connect to directly pass through an upstream routing provider, which is also a sub-processor and is named on the subprocessor list.
Instructions
Your routing policy is the documented instruction: permitted regions, retention ceilings, and no-training requirements are enforced technically and recorded per request.
Transfers
Standard Contractual Clauses apply to transfers outside the EEA and UK. Region constraints let you prevent such transfers entirely.
Audit
Route evidence exports and the immutable audit log satisfy most audit requests without on-site review. No third-party audit report is claimed; the trust center lists what exists.
