1. The service
Yelno provides an API gateway that routes requests to third-party model providers under policies you configure. We do not provide the models; we provide the routing, metering, and evidence.
2. Accounts and keys
You are responsible for the keys you create and the scopes you give them. Keys are shown once. Revocation is immediate and recorded.
3. Fees and wallets
Charges are computed per request at the published final price of the endpoint that served it; no separate fee is charged. Prepaid balances may be refunded for the unconsumed purchased portion under a four-eyes review; service credits are usage credit, never cash.
4. Acceptable use
Provider usage policies apply to traffic routed to them. We may block requests that violate law or a provider policy and will tell you which rule applied.
5. Availability and changes
Breaking API changes receive 90 days notice in the changelog. Upstream provider incidents are reported as provider incidents.
